General Sales Conditions
By using this site, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions and that you agree to abide by them. These terms and conditions are intended to inform you of the terms and conditions of booking and cancellation, as well as responsibilities.
Article 1 : Room Rates
Unless otherwise stated, the prices quoted on this website include VAT (value added tax) per room and per night, for a pre-determined number of persons and for a chosen date.
The rates mentioned on the site are subject to change without notice and only the price mentioned in the booking confirmation is contractual.
City tax is not included in the price displayed.
Article 2 : Reservations
By connecting to our website www.relais-saint-sulpice.com, you will be able to make a reservation directly with the hotel. Our hotel has a real-time reservation system which is updated daily. Thus, once you have validated your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email from the hotel. We would be grateful if you would print out your reservation confirmation that you will receive by email. It will be needed when you come to check-in at reception.
Article 3 : Payment methods
To reserve one or more rooms, please enter your credit card details.
In case of cancellable booking : The credit card provided during the booking will be automatically controlled upon confirmation of your reservation. No amount will be charged at the time of booking – the total amount of your stay will be paid directly on site.
In case of a non-cancellable and non-refundable booking : The total amount of your stay will be charged at the confirmation time.
In the case of a long stay: Long stay terms and conditions apply. A deposit will be charged at the confirmation time. The total amount of the deposit depends of the lenght of stay.
Credit card: Payments using your credit card are limited to card providers VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Diners. Payments using American express have an 2% additional fee.
Your bank details are needed to guarantee your reservation except where special conditions or rates apply, using a credit card or charge card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, etc.), by entering the card number without spaces, the expiration date (the card used must be valid at the time of the stay). Any hotel rooms booked with an invalid credit card are subject to immediate cancellation.
Our completely secure reservation system means you can provide your details in complete confidence.
Article 4 : Booking Guarantee – Check-in et Check-out
This guarantee ensures the room stays reserved beyond 7pm, and that the room will stay available whatever your arrival time.
The reservation takes effect from 4 PM on the day of the guest’s arrival and ends at noon the day of the check-out. If your room is ready before 4pm, you will be allowed to check-in early. If the room is not available yet, we can store your bags.
If you absolutely want to be able to have your room before 4pm, then an early check-in fee will automatically apply.
The fees applied depend on the time of check-in:
For an Early check-in requested at 14h: 20€
For an Early check-in requested at 12h: 30€
For an Early check-in requested at 10h: 40€
For an Early check-in requested at 09h: 50€
For any early check-in before 9 am, the night of the day before will automatically be charged.

If you absolutely want to be able to have your room beyond 12 noon on the day of departure then extra charges related to the late check-out will automatically be applied.
The fees applied depend on the time of check-out:
For a late check-out requested until 14h: 20 €
For a late check-out requested until 16h: 40 €
For any Late check-out after 4pm the night will automatically be charged.

Article 5 : Booking modification and cancellation
In the case of a cancellable booking : If the reservation is made on our official it is advisable to cancel it by clicking on “modify or cancel a reservation”. You can also cancel your reservation with the hotel by email at firstname.lastname@example.org No charge will be applied if the reservation is canceled or modified 2 days before the arrival date, Before midday (Paris time). After this period, the first night will be charged.
Any changed or cancellation must be confirmed by the hotel.
Non-refundable rates : Non-Refundable rates are not refundable and bookings may not be modified.
Any modification request for a long stay must be made directly to our hotel (email@example.com). The hotel reserves the right to adjust the sales conditions and booking rates according to the requested change. For long stay, in case of cancellation within the deadlines, the amount collected will be refunded on the credit card minus 5 € of fees.
Hotel Relais Saint Sulpice offers you the possibility to book from different types of offers. Each of these offers is subject to specific cancellation policies. These are shown on the booking pages of this site. The cancellation policy for your reservation is also mentioned on the booking confirmation that you received via email.
In case of early departure the hotel reserves the right to charge the entire stay.
Article 6 : Insurance and resposability
A safe is available in each room. Hotel will not be responsible for any loss or damage of property left in Guest’s room and/or the Hotel property at all times.
The customer shall be held responsible for any damage, degradation, vandalism due to occupancy of the premises and / or the fact of the participants and / or the staff, which is responsible, to the movable, decoration and real estate ownership or not the hotel. In case of any damage, the customer will have to pay the costs of restoration.
The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card provided at the time of booking for any extras or services not declared and not invoiced upon check-out.
Article 7 : Relocation
In the event of a force majeure (strike, war, etc.), exceptional event or technical or organizational problems in the hotel making the client’s stay impossible, the hotel will make every effort to find accommodation Alternatively, if possible in a hotel of the same or higher category. Expenses of displacement (extra charge) will be borne by the hotel except in case of force majeure as detailed above.
Article 8 : Engagement
By using the reservation site « www.relais-saint-sulpice.com », you agree that your reservation complies with the terms and conditions as set out within the website. Once you have validated the field that you agree with these terms and conditions during the reservation process, it means that you accept the conditions and that the conditions cannot be modified.
